My name is Selena Sevastelis and I am a bright, dedicated and driven young designer from Sydney. I have always been passionate about interior design and feel I have a strong understanding of client needs and functionality of spaces. Producing consistently high professional standards of work is important to me as I have a strong work ethic.
This is modern lake house, designed to be a writers retreat on the shore of Lake Tahoe. Boambilly house originated as a paper model, its simplicity allowed for creative freedom in my design. Although it was a challenge I chose to work with a dark colour palette for both the exterior and interior of the home. I have incorporated various stone materials from terrazzo to stone cladding within the home, and have used light timber finished to add contrast. The ground floor is an open plan, with a mezzanine upper level that looks out towards the tranquil lake. The project was modelled in SketchUp with V-Ray rendering software.
Located in McMahons Point, a new apartment building replacing Blues Point Tower. This is a two story apartment overlooking Sydney harbour, with magnificent views of Barangaroo, Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. It is a spacious and contemporary apartment designed for the modern couple. The lower level has been designed to have an open floor plan perfect for entertaining guests. The second storey is the private realm where bedrooms, home office and second living area with kitchenette are located. The project was modelled in SketchUp with V-Ray rendering software.
